Position: Estimator - Fire Sprinkler Systems
Integrity Fire Protection is excited to announce our move to Stevens Point! As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Estimator to join our team and help drive success in our new locations.
What You'll Do:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bid proposals.
Review blueprints and specs to define project scope.
Conduct site visits and gather project data.
Collaborate with the sales team and project managers.
Stay current on fire protection codes and trends.
Support contract negotiations and project transitions.
Track bid activity and market trends.
What you Bring:
2 - 5 years of experience in estimating, sales, or project management (fire protection or construction).
Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA codes .
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus).
