VibeIQ , you will align technology outcomes with business priorities, working with Product Innovation, Design, Merchandising specialists, external vendors, and internal teams to deliver solutions. Your collaboration will also include systems like Browzwear, CLO 3D, Flex PLM, Autodesk Fusion 360, and Substance by Adobe, enhancing our capabilities throughout the product creation lifecycle. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Digital Solutions, Product Management, and Retail Technologies to oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions. You will integrate technologies such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), 3D Product Creation, and data management to support Converse's strategic goals, empowering creative teams and enabling cutting-edge solutions in product design, merchandising, and planning. The ideal candidate will have: This role is open to remote work, candidates must be located in the Atlanta Mero area. 8+ years of experience in product management or software development, especially in retail or digital product creation. 5+ years of experience with PLM systems like FlexPLM, VibeIQ, Windchill, etc. Hands-on experience with 3D product design tools such as Browzwear, CLO 3D, KeyShot, or Adobe Substance 3D. Proficiency in stakeholder and vendor management, including strategic execution, negotiation, and communication. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant education, training, and experience. Certification in platforms like PTC FlexPLM, VibeIQ, or similar is a plus. Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture. Knowledge of data pipelines and integration tools like AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, PowerBI, etc. Proven experience with cloud solutions, preferably AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) and/or Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for Agile workflows. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across different time zones. Experience with 3D product creation is highly desirable.
