Float Pool, 5 days (United States of America) Salary Range:
$68,640.00 - $70,699.20 The Clinical Nurse contributes to creating a compassionate environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes the value of each employee’s work and its contribution to the mission. Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, documenting as required by policies and regulations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care. Uses sound nursing judgment for patient care decisions. Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses. Administers medications as ordered. Collaborates with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care.
