General knowledge of food preparation procedures, weights, and measurements Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to company specs, recipes, and quality standards Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain positive attitude Commitment to follow Harry's safety and sanitation policies Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness, and a sense-of-urgency Flexible schedule with the ability to work: days, nights, weekends and some holidays
