What You’ll Do
Handle a volume caseload of foreclosure defense and consumer rights matters— filing counterclaims, litigation, discovery, client updates, transactional solutions, and creative claim development. Advise and empathize with clients at all stages, including post-foreclosure planning. Identify and pursue lender violations, consumer, statutory, and commercial, often finding claims and defenses others overlook. Oversee or support short sales, loan mods, and settlements. Collaborate with management and staff to streamline legal and operational workflows—your ideas are welcome. Own your results: Meet your KPIs for case progress, communication, client retention, and time management.

Job Requirements
Expertise in Illinois Civil Procedure and foreclosure laws Experience in drafting, filing, and arguing Motions Courtroom experience, including attending Courts, handling Hearings & Trials Competence in Conducting Depositions Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely, track & bill your time, and meet KPI's Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in the Illinois State Bar Illinois bar admission with litigation experience: motion practice and trials (motion practice, consumer, foreclosure, or related areas a plus). Motivation to deliver high-quality work on time, every time. Willingness to use and adapt to firm systems for case, time, and metric management. Empathy, resilience, and a real desire to help people.
