FORKLIFT OPERATOR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age. 6 months of work experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
FORKLIFT OPERATOR COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES) Ability to read and understand English to effectively read product descriptions, labels, shelves, and other product documents. Ability to understand basic math to ensure accurate product quantities. Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklifts). Ability to work well with others and thrive in a fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines Must demonstrate attention to detail Certification in forklift operation preferred; ability to become forklift certified required Ability to work in high areas Attention to detail Excellent verbal communication Ability to lift 80-90 pounds on a regular basis
