Base pay range $60.00/hr - $80.00/hr Direct message the job poster from FORTIS Resource Partners We are partnering with a dynamic manufacturing and distribution company seeking an experienced Syspro ERP Administrator to spearhead the transformation of their internal operations. In this critical role, you will lead the optimization of their Syspro ERP system and drive cross-departmental process improvements to increase efficiency, automation, and scalability. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Syspro features such as Tiles, electronic approvals, and system automation. Evaluate current Syspro usage and identify opportunities for improvement across: Procurement and purchasing workflows Bill of Materials (BOM) management Quoting, invoicing, and tax compliance Accounting and financial processes Price sheet updates (data imports/exports) Transition company-wide processes from manual to digital workflows. Standardize and document repeatable processes and create easy-to-follow SOPs. Troubleshoot Syspro-related issues and provide internal support and training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow pain points and streamline operations using ERP tools. Recommend and implement additional Syspro modules and features as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syspro ERP (including administration, reporting, and workflow development). Strong understanding of manufacturing and procurement workflows, BOM structures, and basic accounting principles. Experience developing automated workflows and digital approval processes within ERP systems. Demonstrated ability to lead process change initiatives and train end users. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Systems-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
