Case Manager Foster Care
Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well. Indiana Mentor introduces our Child and Family Services division. As Case Manager you will provide support to children and foster families within the Indianapolis market. Responsibilities include: coordinating the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served; overseeing all services provided to individuals and their families, monitoring quality of care delivered, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and monitoring regulatory program compliance; assisting in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs; and building and maintaining relationships with families and external case managers. Qualifications include: a bachelor's degree in human services or related field; at least one year child welfare experience; current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance; a reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach; and a commitment to quality in everything you do.
