Developing strong connections with our patients is key so we can work together to create a personalized treatment plan!About the Job:Dedicated to the full execution and follow-up of biologic medication prior authorizations. Responsibilities include accurately gathering clinical documentation, verifying insurance requirements, completing and submitting prior authorization requests, managing payer responses, and collaborating with providers, pharmacies, and patients to ensure timely approvals. The Medical Assistant must understand payer-specific criteria, maintain organized tracking systems, and escalate delays or denials appropriately.
