About The Role We seek a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a fullstack engineering team working directly with customers to develop impactful product lines. This role combines technical hands-on development with people management, offering a chance to influence our product and team growth. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and leadership passion, guiding engineers while contributing to system design and coding. What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a high-performing fullstack engineering team, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture while overseeing hiring and team growth. Drive technical contributions, including system design, coding, and implementing engineering best practices to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Contribute to hiring to grow a top-tier team. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customers to shape product vision. Manage relationships with customers to roll out features, find early adopters, and lead them to success. What We’re Looking For
Willingness to work onsite 4 days a week to foster a strong in-office culture. Approximately 2 years of people management experience and 5+ years of hands-on development experience, ideally with fullstack technologies (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python). Experience in founding or building a startup, such as early-stage tech startup or founding engineer. Passion for building products end-to-end and ownership of major initiatives. Customer-minded leadership capable of coaching engineers to engage with customer feedback. We offer competitive compensation, including base salary, equity, benefits, hybrid work, and unlimited paid time off. The salary range for this position in the specified location is $200,000-$260,000 annually.
