We are seeking a passionate History & Geography Teacher, teaching in French, to join our Upper School to cover a maternity leave from late October 2025 to early March 2026, with potential for extension. Fluency or proficiency in French is required. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles Create an inclusive classroom environment fostering creativity and a love for history and geography Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback Communicate with parents about student development Participate in meetings and fulfill other professional duties as assigned Build positive relationships with students and staff, promoting autonomy and confidence Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field Teaching certification or licensure preferred Experience teaching History & Geography to upper school students Fluency or proficiency in French and English Strong instructional knowledge and innovative teaching skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Authorized to work in the United States Salary ranges from $66,404 to $103,037, prorated for the contract duration.
