Medical Front Desk Receptionist
to help support patients and physicians in a fast-paced, professional, and team-oriented clinic.

This position offers: $19-$21/hr

Front Desk Receptionist Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Greet patients, answer phones, and provide excellent front-line service Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Register patients and verify insurance Collect co-pays and process billing tasks Support A/R, document management, and general office operations Track orthotics and coordinate follow-up appointments
Front Desk Receptionist Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED 1+ years of medical office experience 1+ years of front desk Experience Knowledge of insurance verification, medical terminology, CPT/ICD coding (preferred) Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
Pay:
$19 - $21 per hour, based on experience
