You will lead the development and implementation of ETL processes, design scalable data infrastructures, and ensure system performance and reliability. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain data pipelines Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data needs Enforce data governance policies Monitor and resolve infrastructure issues Stay updated with industry trends What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years of data engineering experience Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, ETL tools like Informatica, data modeling Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Skills
Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms and Martech integrations Knowledge of AI foundational skills Benefits
