About the role We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and a passion for building scalable and efficient web applications. As an Associate Full Stack Developer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to both front-end and back-end development, and play a key role in delivering seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build responsive, user-friendly web applications Develop and maintain systems that support high-traffic digital transactions and seamless user checkout experiences Design and develop reusable component systems using Tailwind CSS and native CSS Implement comprehensive test coverage using Storybook and unit tests, and playwright Build dynamic and interactive front-end interfaces with React or Vue.js Manage and optimize database queries and structures using MongoDB Write clean, reusable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards Debug and resolve application errors, performance bottlenecks, and security issues Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development Requirements 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js for front-end development Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js Experience working with MongoDB and designing efficient database schemas Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services Knowledge of version control systems (Git) Experience with deployment pipelines, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Salary Range: $100,000-130,000 Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Unlimited PTO Policy Commuter Benefits Paid Holidays Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development
