in the Nashville area. As our expansion continues, we’re looking for a motivated and personable
Promotional Marketing Coordinator
to help connect consumers with trusted wireless solutions—right from the retail floor. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face customer interaction, and is looking to grow a long-term career in marketing, communications, or sales. Key Responsibilities: Represent the AT&T Wireless brand with professionalism and integrity in high-traffic retail settings Communicate the value of wireless services and promotions to customers in a clear and compelling way Guide customers through plan options, device upgrades, and promotional offerings Address questions and concerns with a strong customer-first approach Use lead-driven outreach to present tailored solutions and secure enrollments Work closely with leadership to ensure retail marketing strategies are effectively executed Provide feedback and insights to continually improve customer experience and campaign performance Qualifications: Experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred (but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable learning digital systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Quick rapport builder with strong emotional intelligence Why Join Prime Management Group: Paid training and full-time
