Team Leadership and Oversight: Coach and oversee developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Create a peer review and design review process to ensure products meet development standards. Act as an active participant in the delivery squad, leading through influence rather than direct authority.
Technology Strategy and Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in low-code development, AI integration, and automation technologies. Collaborate with AI and Automation teams to explore innovative solutions that combine low-code platforms with advanced AI capabilities.
Governance and Scalability: Implement governance frameworks to ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of low-code solutions. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance development efficiency and capabilities. Monitor and optimize the performance of low-code applications and integrations.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or 4+ years in software delivery in a large organization.
Typically, 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree, 6 years with a Master's degree, or 12 years without a degree. Deep practical experience in at least one major low-code development platform (preferably Automation Anywhere).
Experience delivering with traditional programming languages and development frameworks.
Strong technical coding skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a background in workshop facilitation.
Proficiency in low-code and API development, and experience with coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, and Python.

Relocation No relocation provided Base Compensation $150,000.00 - $206,250.00 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
