CDG provides turn-key services, from comprehensive Revit 2020/AutoCAD construction documents to managing all aspects of FF&E installations via our Crosby Decor Solutions Company. Our in-house procurement services ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Architectural Designer, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for work from home. The Lead Architectural Designer will be responsible for overseeing project design and delivery, developing detailed construction documents using Revit 2020/AutoCAD, and managing all design aspects from initial concept through installation. The role involves collaborating with clients, leading design meetings, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Revit 2020/AutoCAD and other design software Experience in interior design and architecture, including FF&E management Strong project management and coordination skills Excellent communication and client interaction skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Experience in the Multifamily, Student Housing, Commercial, or related sectors is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Seniority level
