Geographic Data Developer
Performs highly technical tasks pertaining to the development of geographic data, maps and applications. Involves the design and development of geographic data. Geographic analysis and application development and/or database administration, design, creation and management. Significant client interaction. Collaboration and effective communication with GIS management and other County staff. Design, development, and maintenance of the Enterprise GIS system and data - Maintains and supports enterprise geodatabases - Maintains and supports geographic data and metadata Technical GIS project development and management - Project management for both data analysis and application development projects - Creates automated internal processes for increased efficiencies Creation and maintenance of procedural documentation and training - Creates internal standards and maintains procedures - Creates and maintains progress reports on a regular basis
