Job:
• Ensure process capability and continuous improvement plans to meet customer expectations
• Resource planning to ensure technical strength; talents in the team is competitive to the leading edge
• Train and develop team on Process Characterization Techniques using Statistical methods
• Provide material disposition to meet customer delivery
• Work with cross functional team for new product/ process development, yield enhancement, cost reduction, capacity expansion and productivity improvement
• Interact with customer on special request, audit, visit and quality incident
• Perform equipment selection and qualification
• Wet Process in WLB covers, but not limited to, Cu Plate, Solder Plate, Resist Strip, Wet Etch and Wafer Clean.
• Manage and lead a team of process engineers
o Meeting customer requirements on process control, product quality, yield and reliability
o Continuously improve process performance (Cpk, I.I, Rework Rate, Lot 1st Pass Rate)
o Fulfill 10-Step PCE (Process Control Engineering) requirement
o Review process capability periodically and explore opportunity for cost/ productivity/ cycle time improvement
o Qualifying new process, material, equipment for productivity/ cost/ capacity
• Line troubleshooting and material disposition
• Develop and update process technology roadmap
• Resources planning to ensure timely execution to meet objective set
• Provide progress report at the end of every workweek, month and quarter
• Conduct quarterly performance review together with equipment engineering team
• Perform Level 2 Gemba walk
• Continuously educate and improve technical knowledge of team members through forums, training sessions
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Material Science or its equivalent
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab
• Minimum 3 years working at Management level
