Our mission is to ship the best integrated GPUs worldwide, establishing Qualcomm as a leader in graphics and compute across various platforms, including smartphones, Windows PCs, Chromebooks, VR/AR devices, and automotive solutions. **What you will be doing:** Micro-architect and design RTL for Adreno GPU blocks and modules, including shader processing, graphics pipelines, memory subsystem, interconnect, and system-level design. Identify and implement hardware design optimizations for performance, power, and cost efficiency. Evaluate hardware feasibility of complex algorithms and requirements. Develop micro-architecture and specifications for new GPU generations. Create RTL for the designed micro-architecture. Conduct verification and debugging activities throughout project cycles. Optimize silicon cost and improve clock speeds. Troubleshoot silicon issues related to the design. **Key Qualifications:** Experience levels from 3 to 20 years. Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog, Synopsys synthesis, low power design, verification, and test planning. Knowledge of Computer Architecture, Arithmetic, and programming languages like C/C++/Python. Experience designing RTL for GPU, CPU, DSP, and related blocks in ASICs. Familiarity with Graphics APIs (OpenGL, Vulkan, Direct3D) is a plus. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields + 4+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree + 3+ years, OR PhD + 2+ years.
