Full-Time (FTE) Open for H1B Transfer Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
ServiceNow Solution Architect
to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions to support enterprise business processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural acumen, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.) Lead the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap development, and solution design for enterprise use cases Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide architectural guidance and best practices across ServiceNow implementations and integrations Oversee the configuration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance of the platform Manage and mentor junior developers and admin teams on ServiceNow best practices Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and capabilities, and guide upgrade planning Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts where required (for consulting-based roles) Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience Strong experience in at least
three or more
ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, or App Engine Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs), scripting (JavaScript), and workflows Experience in data modeling, UI policies, ACLs, and performance optimization ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
certification Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile or ITIL practices is a plus Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms like Jira, Azure DevOps, Active Directory, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Automation Engine Previous consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable
