About the Role

The firm’s Litigation & Trial Department is seeking a skilled and highly qualified associate with a minimum of three years of patent litigation experience. The team handles sophisticated IP disputes for industry-leading clients across sectors including technology, software, biotech, and pharmaceuticals.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on high-stakes patent litigation matters, including strategy development, brief writing, and courtroom advocacy
• Collaborate with technical experts, clients, and cross-functional teams on complex disputes
• Support case management and discovery processes, including expert reports and depositions
• Engage directly with clients, co-counsel, and internal stakeholders on ongoing litigation
• Gain hands-on courtroom and client-facing experience in a fast-paced practice.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration
