$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr The Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing marketing processes, tools, and data to enable efficient campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across the marketing organization, partnering closely with marketing teams members and stakeholders across the company. Job Responsibilities • Manage the marketing planning cycle, including calendar coordination, campaign intake, and cross-functional workflows. • Oversee marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, email, automation tools) and ensure integration with broader enterprise systems. • Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, ROI, and lead flow through the funnel. • Drive process improvements to increase marketing efficiency and alignment across Product, Digital, and Segment teams. • Partner with Finance and Strategy to manage marketing budget tracking and reporting. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, brand, and data privacy standards in campaign execution. Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · 7+ years of experience in a marketing operations role in the banking industry. Preferred Qualifications · Master's degree in marketing or business administration Skills • Strong understanding of marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to tailor messaging to different audiences. • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills. • Analytical mindset with ability to create and interpret dashboards, KPIs, and ROI metrics. • Project management and cross-functional coordination skills. • Experience working with budgets, resource planning, or campaign tracking systems. • Detail-oriented with a process mindset and ability to spot inefficiencies.
