Recruiting for an experienced Trauma Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our employed Trauma Team for the medical staff of Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Description and Qualifications:

Acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain Two years of hospital experience in Trauma preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration Competitive salary, CME allowance/time, 401 matching, and more

220-bed acute care facility with a Level II Trauma Center Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center with hospital-based rapid follow-up Stroke Clinic 24/7 full-service ER 2 freestanding ERs 24/7 dedicated inpatient hospitalist program 24/7 dedicated inpatient intensivist program Internal medicine, family medicine and psychiatry residency programs with Tufts University Affiliation 30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit including 16 involuntary beds
