Overview
Design, develop, and implement complex data pipelines for AI/ML, supporting RAG architectures, using Python, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, and Vertex AI. Implement end-to-end generative AI pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring. Build and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses, lakes, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Faiss), and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune). Develop data quality checks, validation, and monitoring solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Develop complex AI systems following best practices in software engineering and AI development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services. Stay updated on AI advancements and apply new technologies. Mentor junior AI/data engineers in best practices. Implement and optimize RAG architectures and pipelines. Handle unstructured data in AI pipelines. Implement agentic workflows for autonomous AI systems. Develop graph database solutions for complex data relationships. Integrate AI pipelines with Snowflake data warehouse. Apply GenAI solutions to insurance-specific challenges. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in data engineering. Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies. Proven implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI pipelines. Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for large language models. Experience with RAG pipelines and retrieval mechanisms. Knowledge of vector and graph databases, including implementation and optimization. Experience processing unstructured data for GenAI applications. Proficiency in agentic workflows for AI systems. Compensation
The annual base pay range is based on market analysis and may vary based on performance and competencies. The range is $100,960 - $151,440. Compensation includes other rewards such as bonuses and incentives. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
