technologies to join our engineering team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Python

, and a solid background in building scalable backend systems supporting GenAI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Generative AI applications using Python. Build and optimize
agentic workflows
that interact with LLMs or multimodal AI systems. Implement advanced
prompt engineering techniques
to maximize model performance. Integrate AI models (e.g., via APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) into backend services. Collaborate closely with frontend/UX teams to deliver seamless GenAI product experiences. Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability for production-grade applications. Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, ensuring high code quality and maintainability. Contribute to architecture discussions and mentor junior developers if required. Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of backend development experience, preferably in Python. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
Generative AI
, including:
Prompt engineering AI agent frameworks/workflows
(e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI)
Experience working on software engineering projects involving
LLMs
or GenAI tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying AI workloads. Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
