Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing.
What are we looking for?
The Project Manager is responsible for performing a variety of assignments that include independent evaluations using standard techniques, procedures and criteria using judgement to make minor adoptions and modifications of these standards.

What you'll do:
Understand Construction Materials Testing Business Conduct and attend project meetings and maintain Client relationships, leverage and develop new project opportunities Review project setup, prepare advanced proposals for internal and external review and follow up Complete contract review and negotiation Review project setup, prepare proposals, monitor project budget and initiate change orders. Review, Prepare and Submit invoices; review and sign test reports; perform project close-out duties. Perform equipment calibrations and help with equipment issues and/or replacement Supervise field personnel, direct technical team and admin to accomplish project activities.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited/ABET school Construction Materials Testing experience Valid driver's license and reliable driving record Effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and solid interpersonal skills Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited/ABET school 3 years' project management experience 2 years' Construction Materials Testing experience ICC and/or ACI certifications
