In this role, you will drive digital strategies to enhance operational excellence across manufacturing sites worldwide, leveraging advanced technologies to optimize workflows and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute bold digital strategies that drive operational excellence within Honeywell’s global Integrated Supply Chain, impacting manufacturing sites around the world. • Partner directly with leadership and teams at manufacturing plants, providing guidance and hands-on support to implement transformative, high-impact initiatives. • Lead cross-functional projects within the ISC, connecting digital innovation to real-world production challenges and opportunities on a global scale. • Foster strong relationships with plant stakeholders, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and a commitment to breakthrough results in every facility. • Leverage advanced technologies—including data analytics, AI, IoT, and cloud solutions—to optimize supply chain workflows, enhance plant performance, and unlock new value streams. • Translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions that deliver measurable improvements at both individual site and network-wide levels. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP and ISC leadership, translating strategic vision into operational reality and championing a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement throughout Honeywell’s manufacturing footprint. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics • Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives, especially within complex manufacturing or engineering environments, ideally in a global supply chain context. • Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to address and solve intricate challenges in dynamic production settings. • Green Belt Certification is required. Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Software, or a related field. • Lean Expert or Black Belt certification is highly preferred. • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at every level—from plant floor to executive leadership. • Self-driven and adaptable, with experience managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously within fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environments. • Experience with Honeywell’s digital tools and platforms (such as SAP, Snowflake, Tableau/PowerBI) is a strong asset. • Deep familiarity with data analytics, cloud computing, IoT infrastructure, AI/ML, and emerging technologies—paired with a passion for applying these in plant operations and the broader Integrated Supply Chain.
