The work involves scheduling and executing large-scale technical projects, requiring occasional weekend and evening availability.
Required Skills:
VMware Expertise: Hands-on troubleshooting and support experience with VMware vSphere 7.x and 8.x. Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking, hardware interfaces, and virtualization fundamentals. ITIL Framework: Ability to follow best practices for incident, change, and problem management. Project Execution: Proven ability to plan and implement technical strategies in high-pressure environments.
