Shift:
Monday though Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location:
Falls Church, VA
Pay:
We offer competitive pay for RNs ranging from $39.50 to $45 per hour!
Job Duties
Review progress of residents living in Independent Living and make visits regularly to the residents and provides ongoing feedback to family members/significant others. Evaluate residents in Independent Living who are experiencing a change in medical condition and coordinate medical support services and resources or a change in level of living as appropriate. Responds to resident emergencies in their apartments and throughout the community. Conduct follow-up with residents, families, care providers and other members of the team to evaluate progress, promote continuity of care and ensure service excellence. Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and maintain composure under pressure
Job Requirements
Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program. Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence. Must have current CPR certification.
