General Manager

What You’ll Do
Be on the floor, leading by example—your energy sets the tone
Coach and uplift your team like the MVP you are
Handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory without breaking a sweat
Keep standards clean, crisp, and consistent
Keep your finger on the pulse of sales and staffing goals
Celebrate wins and troubleshoot hiccups with style

Leadership experience in a café, bakery, QSR, or fast-casual concept
A love for people, paired with serious organizational skills
High standards for quality, cleanliness, and team culture
