The RN Resident is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with departmental requirements and professional standards. In partnership with medical providers and the healthcare team, the RN Resident offers individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, championing patient advocacy to ensure an unparalleled experience. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, reporting any changes promptly. Administer prescribed medical procedures and maintain thorough documentation in patient records. Oversee medication administration, monitoring for therapeutic responses and addressing any adverse reactions. Provide exceptional patient care by responding promptly to requests, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns proactively. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up procedures, ensuring their understanding. Qualifications Required: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 1 year of employment. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse License or current Graduate Nurse status in the state. No prior nursing experience required. Possible travel for training may be necessary.
