The Event Coordinator is responsible for servicing events. This position works closely with Event Sales Managers in contract negotiations and servicing accounts. Primary service efforts include Banquet Food, Beverage, and Setup, which involve menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services, hospitality amenities, and VIP requests. Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during, and after events with hotel staff to ensure high service levels. Additionally, the role involves hosting site inspections as needed, leading or participating in event and staff meetings. WAGE The hourly rate for this position is $27.00/hr. AVAILABILITY Shift times can vary between Morning, Mid-day, and Evening; no overnight shifts are required.
