Senior VDC Manager
to join our team in
Phoenix, AZ!
A PENTA Senior VDC Manager is primarily responsible for creating realistic 3D visualizations of buildings, construction sequence and logistics using specialized software to generate photorealistic images and animations. These visual representations help our clients and project teams to understand our approach to building construction. This candidate should pose a thorough understanding of visual effects, motion graphics, graphic design and basic marketing principles.
At PENTA, a Senior VDC Manager is responsible for:
Translating architectural plans and sketches into detailed 3D models for business development, preconstruction, and construction use. Adding realistic textures, lighting, and entourage to the 3D models to enhance the visual representation. Generating high-quality photorealistic renderings of exterior and interior spaces. Creating short animations and virtual tours to provide more immersive experience for proposed projects. Developing client-facing presentations that effectively convey the construction project and approach. Developing visual concepts and layouts for various projects, considering client needs and construction goals. Presenting the benefits and capabilities of visualization to clients, industry partners and PENTA employees. Producing graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visuals assets for diverse applications. Contributing to the development of department-wide standards to facilitate visualization implementation. Participating in the development of training program to share visualization processes, procedures, lessons learned, and "best practices." Have basic knowledge of building systems and construction methods
We trust that you have: Bachelor and/or master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction disciplines is preferred. Bachelor and/or master's degree in Graphics Design, Animations, or Visual Effects disciplines is preferred. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of project experience working for a contractor, prime subcontractor, architect, or engineer. A basic understanding of all building systems and construction methods. Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented while performing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task, produce quality deliverables, and meet project-based deadlines. Demonstrate effective leadership skills and positive attitude that promote innovation that provide the company value Competency with 3D Modeling software (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.) Competency with graphic design software (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools). Licensed Part 107 Pilot is preferred Experience in the use of Rendering software (Lumion, TwinMotion, Escape) is a plus. Experience in the use of visual effects software (Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Houdini, and Blender) is a plus. Experience in the use of LiDar and Photogrammetry is a plus. Basic knowledge of project management software
