Our client owns and operates a chain of growing car washes in the Chicagoland area. We are hiring several highly motivated Site Manager and exceeds the company’s standards in leadership, guest service, safety, quality, operational excellence, and financial performance. Qualifications: 1 year minimum sales and/or store management experience Car Wash experience is highly desired 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role is highly preferred Flexibility to work in different types of weather Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Experience with team building; friendly and personable. Strong work ethic and professional attitude. Knowledge of retail business management practices. Key Responsibilities: Ability to successfully hire and train new team members, motivate and coach your team, and create a positive work environment. Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff. Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by handling any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner. Maintain focus on growing sales volume and site profitability. Promote monthly membership programs. Maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance/tech. teams to resolve any issues. Annual Salary $50,000-$65,000 ,plus potential to earn an 8-10 k in bonus based on high performance. Seniority level
