As a Guitar Repair Specialist, you will provide expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and help maintain specific store inventory. You will contribute to the growth of our business by delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality workmanship.

• Selling Skills: Familiarity with our GC certification program will help you build a solid base of product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Training Abilities: You will effectively communicate information and techniques to train others to ensure skills are retained.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging with customers to ensure a positive service experience.
• Providing high-quality repair services for customer-owned instruments.
• Maintaining store-owned guitars and gear as needed.
• Completing warranty repairs as required.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient in guitar repair and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Guitar Center products.
