Job Responsibilities: Deliver end-user IT support across the APAC region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support and Global IT teams where necessary. Manage ITIL processes including Incident and Problem Management, and identify areas for process improvement or automation. Maintain agreed service levels for response and resolution times; create user guides and knowledge base articles to promote self-service. Maintain up-to-date records of all IT assets in the CMDB and ensure timely service delivery in line with SLAs and OKRs. Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues, deliver support, and improve user experience. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data and documentation. Perform other IT duties as required to support business operations. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment. Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Mac OS, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager. Knowledge of modern endpoint management (Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, software packaging/deployment). Experience in BYOD environments and SaaS-based applications. Familiar with ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Freshworks. Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
