Salary
$140K–$180K base, negotiable, with $200K+ OTE potential
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and compliance with state and federal regulations. Lead all sterile compounding activities in accordance with USP and standards. Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure accurate preparation, labeling, and dispensation of medications. Collaborate with prescribers and patients to develop and monitor infusion therapies. Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff while fostering a high-performance team environment. Coordinate with providers, payors, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance care delivery.
Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist in California. At least 5 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy. Proficiency with USP / compliance and sterile compounding. Proven track record in pharmacy leadership. Familiarity with home infusion workflows, state/federal regulations, and audit preparedness.
Preferred Attributes
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to train and develop a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Experience with accreditations and third-party payer requirements is a plus.
