The ability and passion to optimize HR data, processes, and systems, will guarantee success in this new role. **Ideal candidate will have experience working in the financial services industry (hedge fund, private equity, venture capital) OR consulting industry. Responsibilities Help design and implement Workday modules, ensuring processes are efficient, and data is integrated to support robust, accurate HR reporting Create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation Support payroll transition from Paycom to ADP Support finance team with quarterly compensation expense projection process Handle sensitive and confidential HR data with discretion, adhering to all privacy regulations and company policies Identify opportunities for improving processes and automating/streamlining workflows Structure HR data to answer business questions Provide HR and cross-functional teams with data-driven reports and assist with ad-hoc inquiries Qualifications 5 +/- years of experience with Workday Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) Experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or other data analytics tools Experience with HR systems including compensation, ATS, and performance management Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong work ethic and sound judgement Strong sense of ownership and accountability Efficient thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Understands and respects the importance of discretion and confidentiality Life Disability 401K Generous PTO Daily Food Allowance (onsite) Free Parking Seniority level
