Position Overview:
Apollo Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a full-time
BCBA Recruiter . This unique role blends clinical expertise with talent acquisition, playing a key role in identifying and hiring top BCBA talent to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively recruit and hire qualified, external BCBAs across Georgia to meet company staffing needs. Conduct candidate sourcing, resume review, screening, and interviews. Represent Apollo Behavior at career fairs, conferences, and BCBA networking events. Maintain accurate documentation of candidate pipelines and outreach activity, using our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse. Provide insight into hiring needs and market trends based on clinical experience. Serve as a brand ambassador for Apollo, effectively communicating our mission, culture, and career opportunities.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification and license to practice in Georgia
(required) Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a BCBA Passion for people and strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Previous experience in recruitment or hiring preferred but not required Willingness to travel occasionally within Georgia
