Austin, Texas (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote) Salary:

$85,000 – $120,000 (based on experience) We’re hiring on behalf of a growing organization in Austin seeking a

System Administrator

to support and maintain critical infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in managing Windows environments, networking, and enterprise IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, and Office 365 Monitor and support network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs) Manage backups, patching, and endpoint security tools Assist with cloud migrations and hybrid environment support (AWS or Azure) Troubleshoot technical issues across servers, workstations, and devices Support IT policies, documentation, and user training where needed Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Experience with O365, virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), and basic networking Familiarity with security tools and monitoring platforms Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support a fast-paced IT environment Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO, paid holidays, and flexible hybrid work schedule Ongoing training and certification support Ready to make an impact in a growing team?
