Essential Function & Primary Duties Partner with the Campus Recruiting Senior Manager, Business Leaders and Human Resource Business Partners on hiring needs and goals to develop, implement, and execute a custom campus hiring strategy Utilize metrics to assess recruiting strategies to ensure effective investments are being made & report on recruiting activities as required or requested by the business Centralize and standardize firm-wide campus data, such as event schedules, application analysis, school rankings and competitor intelligence Open requisitions, determine sourcing strategies, screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, collect, analyze and track interview feedback Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process in a high-volume fast-paced setting Plan and execute of event strategies, ensuring that CBIZ’s campus programs are coordinated to meet expectations and drive recruiting efforts on campus (e.g. networking events, interviews, club sponsorships) Act as a resource to interns throughout their internship including on-boarding , performance evaluation, and conversion process May assist with planning efforts for the internship programs and annual leadership conference to identify and attract key talent to build intern and full-time hire pipeline Collaborates with National Campus Recruiting Manager to enhance the CBIZ employment brand on campus and to drive the importance of involvement in entry-level recruiting amongst our Business Leaders, Human Resource Business Partners and Associates Assist in supporting coworkers responsibilities across business units and markets; mentoring junior team members, as needed Work independently with sense of urgency, capacity to multi-task/prioritize and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications Proficient use in applicant tracking systems or client relationship management platforms, social media for candidate engagement and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong and demonstrated focus on internal partner and candidate experience Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate appropriate decision-making and respond to feedback Highly consultative and decisive partner to internal and external clients Passion for working with and assessing University students Knowledge of professional services and/or the public accounting industry Event planning experience
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience Experience in full-cycle University/campus recruiting Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups of people Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively Proficient use of applicable technology Heavy travel required during peak on-campus seasons (25% or more of time), manages work routines that will require working outside normal business hours, i.e. program training, events High standards and attention to detail including an eye for formatting and aesthetics Strong planning and time management skills
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $70,000 - $90,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
