Responsibilities of Project Manager (HVAC): Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors, foreman, labor and materials for the budget and schedule Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades Submit change-orders Daily site visits Requirements forProject Manager (HVAC): 4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience Preferred: Bachelor’sDegree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Prior fieldexperience in commercial HVAC Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others Local in the Bay Area Stable work-history So if you are a top-notch Project Manager (HVAC) with 4 or more years of experience, apply today!
