Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will work with various tools and equipment, diagnose problems, and provide excellent customer service. Duties Maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and techniques. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs. Drive company vehicles to job sites as required. Requirements Valid Class B license or greater in Arkansas. EPA Section 608 Universal Certification. NATE Certification. 3+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the HVAC/R field. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating units, and refrigeration. Ability to plumb systems accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with design principles related to HVAC installations. Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
