The Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the Houston Methodist Academic Institute is currently conducting a national search for an assistant, associate, or full professor in the Division of Head and Neck Surgery to join our four fellowship-trained head and neck cancer and microvascular reconstruction faculty. Candidates must have completed an Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery residency along with a fellowship in Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery and Microvascular Reconstruction. Candidates also need to be ABOHNS certified or eligible. We seek an individual with outstanding clinical skills, surgical expertise, a strong record of academic achievement, and dedication to research and education. This faculty member will play a key role in developing the Head and Neck Surgery program within the department and should have a vision for shaping its future. Collaboration with physicians at our Neal Cancer Center and scientists within our Research Institute is essential. The candidate must have an interest in academic medicine and a robust research focus.
