The Manager Of The Identity And Access Management Team
Is Responsible For Overseeing And Leading The Development, Implementation, And Maintenance Of The Organization's Identity And Access Management Systems. This Role Involves Ensuring The Security And Integrity Of Sensitive Data And Systems By Managing User Identities And Access Privileges To Local On-Prem, Cloud, And Software As A Service (SaaS) Environments. The Iam Manager Plays A Critical Role In Protecting The Organization's Assets, Maintaining Compliance With Regulatory Requirements, And Supporting Business Operations. The Role Is Responsible For Working Across The D&It Organization To Create A Strategy For A Distributed Identity Governance Council And Implement An Identity Governance And Administration (Iga) Platform. Functions In This Group Include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, And Government Affairs And Real Estate And Building Services Key Responsibilities Leadership And Strategy Develop And Execute The Iam Strategy In Alignment With The Organization's Security And Business Objectives. Lead And Mentor The Iam Team, Fostering A Culture Of Innovation, Collaboration, And Continuous Improvement. Monitor Compliance With Policies, Regulations, And Customer Requirements. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends, Emerging Technologies, And Best Practices To Ensure The Iam Program Remains Current And Effective. Collaborate With Senior Leadership And Stakeholders To Identify And Address Iam Needs And Priorities. Team Duties Plan, Implement, And Manage Identity And Access Management Solutions. Administer User Accounts, Permissions, And Access Controls. Monitor Activity Logs To Identify Security Incidents. Work With Senior Leadership To Ensure That The Program Meets The Needs Of The Business And Complies With All Relevant Laws And Regulations. Develop And Maintain Training Materials Related To Identity And Access Management. Keep Up To Date With The Latest Industry Developments And Trends. Manage User Identity Lifecycle Including Onboarding, Offboarding, And Account Updates. Monitor Compliance With Internal Policies And External Regulations. Respond To Audit Findings And Implement Remediation Measures. Handle Escalated Customer Inquiries And Support Tickets. System Management And Maintenance Oversee The Design, Implementation, And Maintenance Of Iam Systems, Including Authentication, Authorization, And Access Control Mechanisms And The Implementation Of An Iga Solution. Ensure The Effective Administration Of User Identities, Roles, And Access Privileges Across Various Systems And Applications. Monitor And Analyze Iam System Performance, Identifying And Resolving Issues To Maintain Optimal Functionality And Security. Develop And Enforce Iam Policies, Procedures, And Standards To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards. Security And Risk Management Conduct Regular Security Assessments And Audits To Identify Vulnerabilities And Ensure The Integrity Of Iam Systems. Implement And Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa) And Other Advanced Security Measures To Protect Against Unauthorized Access. Respond To Security Incidents And Breaches Involving Iam Systems, Coordinating With Other Teams To Mitigate Risks And Restore Security. Maintain An Up-To-Date Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Ensure The Iam Program Complies With Relevant Laws And Standards. Collaboration And Communication Work Closely With It, Cybersecurity, And Business Teams To Integrate Iam Solutions With Other Systems And Processes. Provide Training And Support To Employees And Stakeholders On Iam Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices. Communicate Effectively With Senior Leadership, Presenting Reports And Recommendations On Iam Program Status And Improvements. Foster Strong Relationships With External Partners, Vendors, And Industry Peers To Enhance The Organization's Iam Capabilities. Management Responsibilities Supervises Work Of Others. Responsible For Hiring, Discipline, And Pay Administration Of Their Subordinates. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field 10 Years Of Related Experience All Applicants Must Be Able To Complete Pre-Employment Onboarding Requirements (If Selected) Which May Include Any/All Of The Following: Criminal/Civil Background Check, Drug Screen, And Motor Vehicle Records Search, In Compliance With Any Applicable Laws And Regulations. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Preferred Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Iam, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Discipline, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role. Strong Knowledge Of Iam Concepts, Technologies, And Best Practices, Including Identity Governance, Access Provisioning, And Privileged Access Management. Experience With Iam Tools And Platforms Such As Microsoft Entra Id, Sailpoint, Or Similar Solutions. Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Iam, Such As Gdpr, Hipaa, And Nist. Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Identifying And Mitigating Security Risks. Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Identity And Access Manager (Ciam), Or Similar Credentials Are Highly Desirable.
