A law degree and license to practice law in the State of New York. Five years of relevant specialized experience. Two years must have been recent relevant post-bar legal experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Broad array of regulatory law experience, including experience with administrative hearings or litigation, analyzing legal issues, and researching and interpreting complex areas of law. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency using video conference platforms like Zoom or WebEx. • Previous experience as an Administrative Law Judge or Hearing Officer is preferred but not required.
