Experience Required: 5+ years in Workers' Compensation claims

What Youll Do:

• Handle complex Workers' Compensation claims from investigation to resolution.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans for timely claim closure.
• Negotiate settlements within your authority and ensure accurate reserve management.
• Oversee litigation processes and coordinate with vendors for investigations.
• Ensure compliance with state filing requirements and client service standards.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and manage recoveries.
• Maintain clear communication with claimants and clients throughout the process.

What You Bring:

• Deep knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and best practices.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to service excellence.
