Typical Duties-
Primary focus on owner-direct repairs, replacements, retrofits, and tenant improvements.
Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilizing your product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market
Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
Obtain, assemble, and organize all project documentation to turnover to operations
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience-
Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
Proven track record selling complex solutions.
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
This position requires a strong technical or mechanical background along with the ability to learn engineering concepts.
Passion for meeting customers.
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or other technical disciplines) and or two year related trade school.
5+ years of working and demonstrable knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems.
1+ years of experience providing direct management/leadership experience involving reps, consulting. engineers, and contractors, with a thorough understanding of the commercial sales process.
Knowledge of control systems and DDC.
Salary Range-
$100,000 - $200,000 annually (FSLA Exempt)
Total earnings can surpass $200,000, depending on performance and commission
