Assistant Property Manager

Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the community and act as the right hand to the Property Manager.
Leasing & Resident Support Handle all leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents Collect and accurately enter rental payments
Operations & Administration Maintain detailed records of daily traffic, leasing activity, and resident interactions Assist in processing service and maintenance requests Conduct regular inspections of models, common areas, and amenities Help inspect vacant apartments and prepare them for occupancy
Leadership & Team Support Step in for the Property Manager when needed Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high standards of property appearance and performance Support community initiatives and resident events

Requirements
What You Bring to the Team 1-2 years of experience in residential property management or leasing Experience with property management software (OneSite or Yardi preferred) Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis Ability to walk the property and climb stairs if necessary High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance Must pass background check, credit check, and drug screening
